For Premed Families

74.3% of medical students took at least one gap year before starting medical school.

That’s not a choice — that’s what happens when no one gives you the roadmap early enough.

Dr. Ruwaa Samarrai
23 MD at Age 23

Dr. Ruwaa Samarrai, MD

Pediatric Fellowship-Trained Otolaryngologist — Head & Neck Surgeon

Becoming a doctor is long and competitive. But these strategies got me my MD at 23. And now I’m showing you exactly what to do so you stay on the fast track too.

I completed a 7-year BA/MD pathway and earned my MD at 23. I matched into a competitive surgical subspecialty, sat on admissions and ranking committees, and built Fast Track to MD because I know firsthand what it takes to make it to the other side.

Get advice from someone who actually completed the path you’re on. Now you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Cameron
Fast Track to MD Student · Accepted, Sophie Davis CUNY BS/MD

I am extremely grateful to have been accepted to the Sophie Davis CUNY BS/MD, shortening my timeline to become a doctor by one year and allowing me to graduate at 25. Dr. Samarrai is the right person to go to when seeking guidance.

Shweta
Premed Parent

The depth of information shared is truly invaluable — much of it would have been extremely difficult for us to access or interpret clearly on our own. It brings clarity, reduces anxiety, and saves time by helping families avoid common mistakes. I would strongly recommend it to anyone navigating the pre-med path.

Kayla
Premed Student

I felt like I was piecing everything together on my own without a very decisive mindset. The course gave me a much clearer roadmap for preparing for my journey to be a doctor while saving time.

The Problem

Most Families Are Playing
by Outdated Rules.

  • 1

The traditional path takes 15–19 years from high school to practicing physician. Your child could be nearly 40 before they start their career.

  • 2

Accelerated pathways exist at 100+ programs — but almost no one outside medicine knows they're there or how to access them.

  • 3

Most advisors only know the traditional path. They can't teach what they've never done themselves.

  • 4

The window to act is high school. By junior year, most accelerated options are permanently closed.

It really opened my mind to other options and routes I could take. I became more assured — knowing that if one plan doesn’t work out, I have a cushion to fall back on. Participating in this course will help you open up your options and give you a clear path on what to do next, whether you’re in high school, college or even a parent, with concise methods and alternatives to those methods.

Common Questions

FAQ

Who is this course for?
Fast Track Intensive is built for high school students (grades 9–12), college freshmen and sophomores, and parents of premeds who want a strategic, execution-focused roadmap to medicine. If you're looking for motivation, this isn't it. If you want a real system, this is it.
Is this only for students who want to do a BS/MD program?
No. The 5-plan framework covers BS/MD programs, Early Assurance Pathways, 3-year undergraduate acceleration, CAMPP 3-year medical schools, and the traditional optimized pathway. You run all five simultaneously — so no matter what happens, you're positioned well.
What if I'm already in college?
The course is still highly relevant for early college students (freshman and sophomore year). Several plans — including EAPs, 3-year undergrad compression, and CAMPP schools — are still accessible. The earlier you find this, the more options you have.
How is this different from generic premed advice?
Generic premed advice tells you to get a good GPA and study for the MCAT. Fast Track Intensive teaches you how to run five parallel pathways simultaneously, compress your undergraduate timeline, shift your timeline so you can graduate sooner. It's built by a physician who actually did it — not someone who read about it.
How do I access the course after purchase?
After purchase you'll receive immediate access to all course materials digitally. The modules are pre-recorded and self-paced — you can go through them on your own schedule.
